Products that run on Hydrogen need an appropriate infrastructure. This is one reason why Hydrogen cars run so far only in defined test areas (e.g. Califormia, large cities as Berlin and so on.). A second reason is that fuel cells are still expensive.
But the Hydrogen age Jules Verne predicted will come true: Some car manufacturers think of introducing home Hydrogen refueling devices powered by solar or electricity.
As cabs can use always the same filling station the company intelligent-energy will introduce this in London. The company will also introduce a motorbike that runs with Hydrogen.
